Environmental Policy
Objectives
Antenna Systems Solutions is committed to the implementation of an effective environmental policy and takes a holistic approach towards the working and natural environment. The company strives to keep environmental protection at the heart of our culture.
Care will be taken that ASYSOL complies with all existing environmental legislation, regulation and codes of practice.
All procedures in use within the ASYSOL Management System will be examined to assess their impact on environmental issues and will be regularly reviewed to enable continual improvement.
The purpose of this policy is to ensure maximum publicity for environmental issues within the Company and to nurture awareness among ASYSOL people and those with whom we come into contact in the course of our business activities.
Approvals
All changes to this policy shall be approved by the Managing Director.
Scope
ASYSOL provides the following business services:
- Design and Manufacturing of System Level Hardware and Components
- Software Design, Development, Provision, Maintenance and Support
Operations at ASYSOL offices will adopt this Environment Policy and will be monitored using the ASYSOL Management System.
The offices are not owned by ASYSOL, but ASYSOL will encourage environmental awareness by the property owners in maintenance of the buildings and surroundings.
Staff on customer sites will adopt the customer’s environmental policies and procedures, and may additionally adopt ASYSOL’s policies and procedures where applicable.
Responsibilities
ASYSOL will maintain this policy and the ASYSOL Management System to reflect the company’s environmental approach.
Regular reviews and audits will be undertaken to confirm compliance to the system and standard.
ASYSOL will ensure compliance with all applicable legislation, regulation and directives relating to the environment and will assess recommended codes of practice.
Policy Review
This policy is a ASYSOL Management System document and will be reviewed and maintained under the procedures applying to these documents.
All proposed changes to this Policy will be registered in our incident and change management system and each change will be reviewed and approved before release, as required under the maintenance procedure.
A hard copy of the current Environmental Policy will be signed by the Managing Director and displayed in a prominent position in the office.
